Do crystals expire?
Purchased crystals — including the first-purchase bonus — never expire. Only the subscription bonus expires, at the end of the month, and charges take bonus first so the perishable part goes first.
You sell at list price — where is the margin?
The wholesale spread. We buy from suppliers at negotiated discounts and sell at the official list price — the margin lives in that gap, not on top of your bill. Which is also why our numbers should match the vendor’s page exactly; check them.
How does this compare to buying upstream directly?
The price is the same — the official list price either way. What you get: one key for every model, no juggling balances across vendors, and payment access where topping up upstream is genuinely hard. Prefer going direct? Our CLI takes your own key at no charge.
What happens when I run out?
A 402 pointing you to the crystal shop. No silent fallback to a weaker model — you should know what you are running on.
What models are behind this?
What the catalog says: open-weight models (GLM, Kimi, DeepSeek…) under their official names, and Claude / GPT / Gemini served through third-party inference providers — official model ids, published verifiable rates. Any model may become unavailable; your unused crystals are unaffected.
Are there concurrency limits?
Yes, per plan. It stops a few always-on scripts from eating the upstream capacity everyone else depends on. The numbers are in the table above.
