Refund Policy

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. It applies to prepaid credits purchased at pixcode.ai. The short version: unused credits can be refunded; used credits cannot.
1.Unused purchases — full refund
If you top up and use none of the credits from that purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase, no questions asked.
2.Partially used purchases — refund of the unused portion
Once any credits from a purchase have been consumed, the service for that portion has been delivered and consumed credits are not refundable. You may request a refund of the unused purchased balance on your account at any time. Such refunds are made less non-recoverable payment-processing fees (Stripe does not return its fees to us on refunds). We do not process refunds where the refundable amount is under US$5.
3.What is never refundable
Bonus or promotional credits; credits already consumed by requests; and any balance on an account terminated for breach of the Terms of Service or for fraud.
4.Failed requests
Requests that fail on our side or at the upstream provider are not charged. If you believe you were charged for a request that returned an error, contact us with the approximate time and model and we will credit it back.
5.How to request a refund
Email info@westsandtec.com from the address on your account, stating the purchase (date and amount) and the reason. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or wallet.
6.Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your card issuer or payment provider. If a chargeback is filed, the account is suspended while the dispute is open and the credits from the disputed payment are removed. Chargebacks filed on payments whose credits were already consumed are treated as a breach of the Terms of Service.
7.If we discontinue the service
Unused purchased credits are refunded in full, with at least 30 days’ notice, regardless of the rules above.
8.Interpretation
To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right of final determination of refund eligibility and amounts under this policy. Nothing in this policy excludes rights you have under non-excludable law, including the mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence. The English version governs.
